Oil of Oregano (no press needed)

Harvest mature oregano (use top of plant where the leaves are clean).

Make sure the plant is grown in an organic garden without pesticides.

Chop your oregano leaves. Place them in a clear jar, then add warmed oil (extra virgin olive oil) and stir.

Seal the jar and keep it in a cool, dark place for up to 2 weeks, giving the jar a shake every day or so.

After 2 weeks, strain the oil and discard the leaves.

Store in an amber jar in a cool dark place till needed.

You can purchase and fill capsules to make dosing easier.

Oil can also be used topically.
